Researched and designed the BetterNest quiz for the award-winning SafetyNest website. The 9-question quiz helps pregnant and new parents assess their potential exposures to toxins based on their environments and behaviors, focused on actionable choices and motivational interviewing theory.

Led an integrative strategic planning process for a state maternal and child health services team, based on proven leadership planning principles. Resulted in the team's first ever strategic plan, mission statement and goals.
